Founded in 2004, Reboot provides professional Web and networking services in
a user-friendly manner.  The slogan, "Don't call a geek! You need a friend."
was borne of a desire to de-mystify personal computing.

People are often held hostage by their hard drives. Frustrated clients took
their machines to a shop or someone's basement for repair. Weeks later, the
machine returned home with a large bill but no explanation of the problem.

By educating clients, problems - often times minor - can be prevented.  With
friendly, productive service, Reboot helps clients reduce their ownership
cost through knowledge and maintenance.

Joel Jenkins
Web, Multimedia Authoring, and Content Development

Joel studied engineering but quickly found himself drawn to filmmaking and
storytelling.

For over ten years, Joel managed The Electric Picture Shop, a studio that
produced multimedia, community relations' videos, Internet and intranet
sites, computer animation, and consulting on all creative services. Joel
later designed and built production facilities for Sprint's PCS eLearning
group, complete with: digital editing bays, a sound stage, and DVD authoring
facilities. He became their Creative Director before establishing Reboot.

Joel stays on the cutting edge of computers and their technologies,
including touch-screen shopping and education.
